This standard service is a tailored multi-tab, automated workbook that includes the following Excel options (numbers below represent maximum per option).

• Source Data Sets - 3
• Formulas* - 10
• Data Visuals (Tables, Charts, Matrices, etc.) - 9
  
• Power Query - 3
• Pivot Tables- 5
• Slicers/Data Validation/Filter Logic- 6
• Data Tables- 3
• Conditional Formatting rules - 3

*Note on Formula Complexity: For project scoping and formula-count limits, ‘nested formulas’ are calculated as individual formula units (e.g., MID + FIND + LEN = 3 formulas). Modern single-step formulas (e.g., TEXTAFTER) count as one unit.

• IMPORTANT PRICE & MEETING NOTES ON STANDARD SERVICES: 
  • Please read Billing FAQs for detailed breakdown of the following: 
  • Price at checkout is for Non-Refundable 25% Engagement Fee ($125) that goes toward the total project price ($500).
    • I only 'capture' (i.e., finalize payment) the non-refundable fee IF we mutually agree **during** the initial meeting to move forward with a Statement of Work (SOW).
      • All meetings are securely transcribed and recorded, as noted in the Billing FAQs.
        
      • If we do mutually agree during the initial meeting to move forward with a SOW, I capture the engagement fee immediately after the meeting.
      • If we do not mutually agree to move forward with a SOW, I will immediately cancel the non-captured engagement fee.
        
    • The 25% engagement fee is earned upon capture and is strictly non-refundable, even if the client does not sign the SOW.
      
  • To ensure a prompt meeting:
    • There will be an appointment calendar available in the Post-Order Form that will be available immediately after the purchase.
      • The client should use the calendar to schedule the soonest time they are available to meet.
    • If we do not meet within 2 business days (see Billing FAQs) I will CANCEL the non-captured (i.e., not finalized) 25% charge.
      
    • As stated above, recommend reaching out to discuss before ordering if unsure of scope requirements.
  • Final invoice will be sent for remaining amount ($375) after work is finished and final product is approved by you.
    

• Delivery Estimated Time: 5 Business Days after SOW is signed - IMPORTANT NOTES on Delivery Time:

  • Delivery estimated time assumes the following:
    • Final Statement of Work sign-off - Work will not begin without final sign-off of SOW.
      • SOW will have 5 business day expiration.
    • Sample data sets or sample files - Even with a signed SOW, any delayed sample data sets could potentially delay delivery date.
    • Prompt collaboration during project work - Essential for meeting the estimated delivery timeline.
      • The Excel Architect is committed to iterative process and that requires prompt responses in order to meet timeline.
